At what stage of career is this Program for? Is this for me?
This high level 1:1 coaching program is best suited for mid career female Tech professionals with at least +4 years experience (usually senior individual contributors or managers) who are already leading a team or are high-performing individual contributors one step away from that leadership role.
Obviously, titles in Tech aren't one size fits all... each company has their own seniority levels, so please feel free to apply to then schedule a discovery call to see if this program would be a good fit.

With that in mind, a weekly cadence might not just work for you the time to implement everything or reflect on the deep work. That's why after the first game plan session going deep on your strategy and goals, you'll have momentum sessions spaced with creative sprints and email support in between, the time you navigate worksheets or action plans.
These can be booked for the same time each week, or at difference times based on your preference and ahead time planning with me.
